Jonathon Rapacki

Jonathon has over 20 years of professional experience working in Finance, Accounting, and a number of executive and strategic roles. His undergraduate degree is in both Finance and Accounting and he has an MBA with an emphasis in finance. Over the course of his career he has passed a number of licensing exams including the NASD Series 7, CPA Exam, Level 1 CMT (charter market technician), and is currently in process of obtaining his commercial real estate license.
He's worked in a number of industries both as a CFO or as a Consulting CFO. While an active CFO and consultant he has done a number of M&A transactions, with both acquisitions, divestitures, carve outs, working with Private Equity, and asset acquisitions. Before deciding to go out on his own he worked in Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Manufacturing, CPG, Cannabis, Trucking and Transportation, Fee for Service, and many others.

If you’re not located in the State of Colorado, we can have initial meetings and discussions over the phone or via teleconference. Once we agree to move forward I will make a visit to your business and spend time with you in person and see your operation in person. Throughout the process I will be constantly available to you, and will make regular visits to support any needs face to face.
